Job Summary

DSG CPAs + Advisors is seeking a motivated Associate Accountant to join our growing team . This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a foundation in accounting and tax who are eager to gain hands-on experience, contribute to client work, and grow alongside experienced CPAs and advisors. Responsibilities 

• Prepare individual, business, and trust tax returns under supervision
• Provide end-to-end accounting management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using QuickBooks Online.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and reporting
• Support tax planning and advisory projects as part of client engagements
• Communicate with clients professionally and promptly to gather information and provide updates
• Participate in special assignments and firm initiatives as skills develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
• 1+ years of experience in tax or accounting (public accounting experience preferred)
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks Online experience a plus
• A proactive attitude toward professional growth and career advancement
