IDR is seeking a Financial Marketing Specialist to join one of our top clients in Brighton, MA. This role is pivotal in redefining how financial advisors and their clients access alternative investments, supporting the expansion of private markets for individual investors. Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners to support the goals of the client's distribution team, focusing on the independent broker-dealer (IBD) segment. Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns, to enhance engagement with IBD advisors. Develop and manage marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with distribution team goals and firm investment guidance. Deliver and evaluate paid media campaigns across digital and sponsored channels, tracking performance and optimizing strategies. Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events to strengthen relationships with financial advisors and promote the client's brand. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of financial marketing experience, with a focus on private wealth distribution channels and IBD firms. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data-driven marketing, utilizing analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building positive relationships and collaborating across diverse teams.
