At PanCare of Florida, our mission is to bring quality healthcare to underserved communities and strong financial leadership makes it possible. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced FQHC CFO to join our leadership team onsite in Panama City, FL.

The ideal candidate has direct FQHC healthcare experience and a proven track record in controllership, accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. If you’ve navigated Section 330 grants, federal audits, and the unique financial landscape of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), we want to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with the CEO and Board to guide financial strategy and sustainability.
• Manage federal grant reporting (especially 330 grants) and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, budgets, and internal controls.
• Oversee audits, contracts, cash forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor our finance and billing teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
• 5+ years management experience (3+ in healthcare) — FQHC experience strongly preferred
• Expertise in federal audits, grant reporting, and financial controls
• Collaborative leader with strong negotiation skills
