About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a strategic partner with a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO in leading and strategizing for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the CEO to understand and execute organizational goals, overseeing day-to-day business operations, and serving as a key liaison within the organization to drive projects to completion. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional business writing, communication, and leadership skills, who can take ownership of tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and ensure the efficient and effective progression of programs and initiatives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff to the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant leadership and management experience, with a proven track record in an executive-level role. The role demands a self-starter with a strong work ethic, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive, collaborative approach. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought partner, capable of helping the CEO make decisions, manage time, and prepare for key meetings. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate should be adept at problem-solving, research, and be resourceful in their approach to work. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to have a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal, administrative, and managerial skills.
