Dance Fever Studio of Dance, a division of Olympia Gymnastics, is seeking to hire a Director/Instructor for our growing and successful dance program located in Olympia Gymnastics in Festus, Mo. This position includes teaching children ages 3-14 years of age, administering the program, working with the gym manager, training staff and supervision.


QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:


*Dance knowledge and training in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop (required) Competitve Dance experience a plus!


*Experience overseeing, growing a program or increasing business (required)


*Outstanding leadership, organizational skills, communication, dependability and interpersonal skills (required)


*High school diploma (required) College Degree (preferred)

*Available Monday-Thursday evenings and possible Saturday mornings (teach and administrate the program as it grows)

*Part time hours presently - 4-6 hours/week with additional hours added as the program grows

*Salary Range $16-$20/hr
