Part-Time to Full-Time | $20-25/hr + Performance Bonuses | On-Site in Kirkland, WA

LaVida Studio is looking for a confident, sales-driven front desk professional who thrives on converting warm leads into happy clients. This is not a typical front desk job. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused, goal-oriented role where your impact is directly tied to how many students you help enroll and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert trial students into enrolled clients through proactive communication
• Talk to every family before, during and after class to assess interest and resolve objections
• Follow up by phone, text, and email until a clear decision is reached
• Suggest alternate class options when needed to ensure a good fit
• Track enrollment progress, manage notes, and maintain daily report
• Guide families through the onboarding process, including uniform purchases
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and contribute to large studio projects
• Capture and post highlight videos/photos for social media updates
• Maintain a clean and welcoming studio by assisting with opening/closing duties, including light cleaning and seasonal decorating

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of sales, enrollment, or admissions experience in a client-facing role
• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with follow-up and asking for the sale (without being pushy)
• Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and helping others
• Comfortable interacting with children ages 2–18 and their families
• Organized and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
• Tech-friendly (can use iPad/phone, text apps, and track notes digitally)
• Available evenings and Saturdays

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

• Dance or performing arts background
• Experience in youth programs, camps, enrichment, or performing arts
• Familiarity with Instagram Stories, Canva, or basic video/photo capture
• Experience with MindBody CRM

Schedule:

• Part-time: 25–35 hours/week
• Friday evenings and Saturdays are required
• Monday–Thursday shifts rotate (typically 3 days/week from 3:30 PM–9:30 PM)
• Friday: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM – 2:45 PM
