Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for design and creativity? We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals that engage audiences, communicate ideas, and elevate our brand presence. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Develop original graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print media. 
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements. 
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms. 
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and templates. 
  • Design assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and mobile applications. 
  • Optimize graphics for various screen sizes and formats. 
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals. 
  • Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. 
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
  • Prioritize tasks and maintain organized files and documentation. 
  • Prepare final artwork for print production or digital publishing. 
  • Ensure high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications. 
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies. 

 

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities  

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field and five plus years’ experience in related field.
  • OR High school diploma and eight plus years of experience in graphic design and rebranding. 
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for Call2Recycle, with or without sponsorship.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Strong portfolio showing brand systems. 
  • Confident with production design (resizing, template creation, mechanical prep) as well as concept development (concrete design process from start to finish). 
  • Excellent with design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PPT, Word) or Gsuite tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.). 
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to manage, maintain, and enforce asset libraries.  
  • Comfortable collaborating with external brand agency and translating guidelines into usable templates for non-designers. 
  • Strong communication skills, especially when advising internal teams on brand usage.
  • Comfortable with motion graphics and video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) 

 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE  

  • Design Principles: Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition. 
  • Branding: Knowledge of brand identity development and maintaining visual consistency. 
  • Digital & Print Media : Familiarity with designing for various formats including web, social media, email, packaging, and print. 
  • Design Software : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva. 
  • File Preparation: Demonstrated experience preparing files for print production and digital publishing. 
  • Basic Web Design : Knowledge of UI/UX principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. 
  • Marketing Concepts : Awareness of how design supports marketing goals and user engagement.
