The IT/ERP Director role requires a comprehensive skill set and deep knowledge across various domains to effectively lead and manage the organization's information technology functions. Furthermore, the role demands proficiency in IT project management to ensure successful project execution, vendor management skills to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships, and a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance to uphold legal requirements. Technical expertise in troubleshooting, system transitions, and recommending upgrades is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. Computer Skills:

Additionally, expertise in IT policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and team leadership is crucial for maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment while driving innovation and digital transformation.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred Proven experience (5-7 years) in IT leadership roles, with a track record of successful technology implementations and team management. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, computing architecture, data analytics, and industry regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
