The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) is responsible for representing RedBull at the local level by aligning with global and national strategies. Their role involves building strong community networks, engaging with opinion leaders and influencers both online and offline. They design and execute marketing initiatives across four key areas: Consumer Engagement, Sports, Culture, and Communications, leveraging On Premise, Off Premise, and New Business opportunities to meet local needs. FMMs embody our commitment to authentic local brand presentation by developing consumer and product insights-driven marketing plans and guiding their teams for exceptional execution. The FMM operates 'in the field' to bring the brand to life locally. Responsibilities All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Integrate global and national RedBull priorities, strategies, and philosophy into local initiatives to establish a local presence for our global brand. Understand consumers in various regional fields to generate and execute local ideas. Develop concepts and initiatives to enhance brand image and deepen product knowledge at the local level, collaborating with regional and national teams. Collect and share regional intelligence about consumers and competitors with the regional and national teams. Partner with sales to ensure product availability across all environments, supporting field marketing activities. Manage internal and external requests aligned with the annual business plan. Support local events and marketing opportunities that align with RedBull values and are relevant to the local scene. Ensure positive consumer interactions through attention to detail and premium execution at events and activities. Maintain a consumer and brand-focused approach in all initiatives, ensuring effective communication. Support third-party events with appropriate RedBull branding to increase visibility and product usage. Build and maintain relationships with key regional influencers, including authorities, opinion leaders, media, and communities. Collaborate with Sports Marketing to integrate athlete activations and develop comprehensive plans to expand reach. Apply global and regional best practices, utilizing programs like the Event Vehicle to inspire consumers. Stay close to consumer trends, especially digital, university lifestyle, and regional culture, involving the local team in idea generation. Create innovative ideas that bring the brand to life, balancing the marketing mix across the four pillars based on regional knowledge and priorities. Prioritize digital and social media in all activities, supporting cross-marketing opportunities. Embody RedBull values and maintain a motivating, inspiring tone of voice. Recruit, hire, train, and manage Field Marketing Specialists (FMSs) and Student Marketeers, setting regional objectives and conducting performance reviews. Provide coaching and support for team development. Manage logistics, infrastructure, and regional budget, seeking cost efficiencies. Build strategic partnerships with other brands and organizations for mutual benefit. 3+ years of marketing experience with proven people management skills. Experience collaborating with sales or trade marketing teams. Strong negotiation, budget management, and networking skills. Excellent leadership, planning, and project management abilities, with awareness of consumer and digital trends. Creative marketing mindset with brand development expertise. Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Spanish is a plus. Valid US driver’s license required.
