The Mobile Specialist is an integral part of our clients team. This role will be located in our Washington, D. C. office.
Temp hire for 612-month project in our NY, DC, and LO offices to help with a large-scale mobile device migration project.
Over the next year, we need to upgrade the management software on all firm paid iPhones. While most offices can manage this effort within their normal workflow, our NY office will need to perform hands-on configuration of iPhone devices in these offices at a cadence of over 50 devices per month. Given the requirement to complete all devices by September 2025, we feel that these teams would each benefit from an additional on-site contract resource to assist with the rollout.
Target pay between $20-30 an hour
Expertise with Apple iOS and iPhone troubleshooting is essential, along with configuring Mobile devices in an enterprise environment. Experience With Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Intune would be a bonus.
