Responsibilities:

  • Guide clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and provide necessary support for professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Promptly complete patient charts and ensure their proper handling daily.
  • Implement clinical protocols as directed by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including knowledge of health information management issues like HIPAA.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications while educating patients about their treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapeutic procedures, including I&D, splinting, suturing, infection management, and wound care.
  • Analyze patients' medical histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Ensure timely completion of patient documentation.

  • Foster positive work relationships with clients and team members by maintaining friendly and professional interactions.
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels and demonstrate proven telehealth experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:

  • Complete all necessary preceptor training to onboard and train new team members effectively.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development to manage new employee orientation and training.
  • Welcome new employees on their first day and provide facility tours and clinic process overviews.
  • Work with Learning and Development to develop training plans and schedules for new hires.
  • Submit weekly evaluations on trainee progress and communicate any concerns as needed.
  • Complete final evaluations and the Proof of Proficiency form on the last day of training.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a provider in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, family practice, or similar settings is strongly preferred.

Education Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing.
