Job Title: Stand Up Forklift Operator
Job Description
Join a dynamic team in an industrial bakery setting, contributing to a fast-paced, safety-focused culture. As a Forklift Operator, you will handle freight, load and unload materials, process freight, and stage raw ingredients for daily production. Our team values quality and safety above all.
Responsibilities
Handle freight efficiently and safely.
Load and unload materials as required.
Process freight in a timely manner.
Stage raw ingredients for daily production needs.
Identify and report safety issues to management.
Suggest improvements for daily processes.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2-year prior work experience as a certified Stand-Up Forklift operator.
2-year prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial work environment.
Ability to effectively communicate (read/write/speak) in English.
Understanding of safe work practices.
Proven safe work history.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Work Environment
Work in a production food GMP environment, with full-time hours of 40+ per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with some weekend work. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
