Supply Chain Manager – Pittsburgh, PA

Capilaux is representing a growing business that provides specialty solutions for the automotive, industrial, and medical sectors. Following new investment and expansion, the company is creating a brand-new leadership role in Pittsburgh.

The Opportunity

As Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of purchasing, procurement, and inventory control while leading a team across receiving, shipping, distribution, and materials. You’ll have the scope to establish processes, implement improvements, and build a logistics function that is set to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and procurement of tooling, equipment, and raw materials
• Lead inventory management: barcoding, audits, cycle counts, and material allocation
• Oversee receiving, shipping, and distribution teams
• Drive negotiations, vendor sourcing, and performance management
• Track data and deliver efficiency improvements
• Report directly to the General Manager of the Pittsburgh site

About You

• Proven experience in purchasing and inventory control (essential)
• Automotive background preferred; industrial or engineering considered
• Strong leadership and communication skills with customer and vendor interaction experience
• Resilient, solutions-focused, and able to manage conflict professionally
• Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
