Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Northwest Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 8:30?AM until business needs are met (no set end time)

Job Summary

We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Northwest Houston. This hands-on role involves order picking, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, noisy environment and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanning devices

• Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely

• Maintain precise records and inventory organization

• Communicate clearly in English (spoken, written, and read)

• Work effectively in a loud warehouse setting

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous picking experience required

• Proficiency operating stand-up forklifts

• Experience using electric pallet jacks

• Familiarity with RF gun or similar scanning systems

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written English communication

• Comfortable working in high noise levels and physically active environments
