Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cabinet Maker and Millwork Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wood cabinetry, custom millwork, and detailed woodworking. You’ll be responsible for building, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and wood components according to blueprints, design specs, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets and millwork based on technical drawings or templates
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools (saws, routers, sanders, etc.) safely and efficiently
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials accurately
Perform on-site installations of cabinetry and millwork
Inspect finished products to ensure quality, fit, and finish
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in cabinet making or custom millwork
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Skilled in the use of woodworking tools and machinery
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of various wood types and finishing techniques
Prior work in high-end residential or commercial projects
